OFFER AND VALIDITY
In compliance with current regulations, AZ Surfaces S.L. provides information about all items for sale, their features and prices. However, AZ Surfaces S.L. reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered through its website, by simply changing the content of it. Thus, the products offered on the website will be governed by the General Conditions of Contracting in force in each case. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS
The products offered in our online store include a photograph and their essential characteristics. The colour of the product, as well as the veins of the material, observable in the photograph, are not binding. The characteristics of the product are identified separately.
WARRANTY
This warranty section applies to all products sold under the Nure Design brand. AZ Surfaces S.L. is responsible for any lack of conformity of all products offered on the website for a period of three years from delivery. AZ Surfaces S.L. has an after-sales service available during this period. Customers may contact the sales establishment, the after-sales service, or the points established by the provider via email at info@nure-design.com.
General aspects covered by the warranty:
- AZ Surfaces S.L. is obligated to replace or repair defective products with the same characteristics (colour, thickness, etc.) as those purchased by the customer.
- The warranty covers products that have been used for their intended purposes. It also covers superficial defects that were not detected in the material’s quality control checks.
General aspects NOT covered by the warranty:
- Improper or inadequate installation, not following our manufacturing and assembly recommendations.
- Third-party interventions: any damage caused directly or indirectly by any action, work, or intervention by third parties unrelated to AZ Surfaces S.L., such as thermal impact, impact damage, improper use, or inappropriate chemical treatment carried out by third parties unrelated to AZ Surfaces S.L.
- Force majeure, work area conditions where surfaces are installed or handled, architectural and technical design, structural movement, acts of vandalism, accidents, natural disasters, damages caused by the interaction of other products, or any other cause beyond the control of AZ Surfaces S.L.
- This warranty does not cover surfaces that do not meet the customer’s expectations based on their personal opinion, once supplied, regarding colour, veining (in surfaces with this feature), edge style, or other aspects selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
- Differences found when comparing samples or photographs of any AZ Surfaces S.L. product with the final product acquired will not be covered by this warranty.
- Any consequential or unforeseen damage, loss, or expense, apart from the product itself, including, but not limited to, damage to other products, installations, or additional or supplementary repairs related to plumbing, electrical, or masonry work that may be necessary to repair or replace the surfaces. These will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- This warranty only covers the replacement of the defective product with another of similar characteristics (colour, thickness, etc.) to the one purchased by the customer. If this is not possible because the product is no longer available, it will be replaced by the most similar one available at that time.
- Superficial damage caused by external agents on the surface of the material that damages its superficial appearance is not covered by the warranty.
PRICES
All products indicate the sale price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
If any other tax is applicable, it will be indicated (IGIC or IPSI).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS
AZ Surfaces S.L. only ships within mainland Spain. The transport costs will be indicated at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the location. Shipments will be made by courier within 24-48 hours from the confirmation email of the order being dispatched.
For large volume products such as tables, the exact amount to be paid will be displayed to the user once they have completed the shipping details. The customer can view the costs before making the purchase.
PAYMENT METHODS
The customer can pay for their order by choosing any of the following methods. During the purchase process, they must indicate their choice:
VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) standard security technology. All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.
Likewise, the data on your credit card are entered directly on the bank’s page, in the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank) and are not entered or registered on any server of AZ Surfaces S.L.
When paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that corresponds to the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
This form of payment is only valid on the website.
If the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using a payment card number, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the supplier’s and the cardholder’s accounts will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase has actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for refund is not a result of exercising the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, the cancellation of the corresponding charge has been unduly demanded, the cardholder shall be obliged to compensate AZ Surfaces S.L. for the damages and losses caused as a result of such cancellation.
ORDER FULFILMENT
AZ Surfaces S.L. undertakes to deliver the order within a maximum of 15 days from the day following the order, provided that they are orders for materials and colours defined in the annual price list. In the case of materials and colours outside the AZ Surfaces S.L. price list, the delivery time will be communicated to the customer.
The availability of the products offered by AZ Surfaces S.L. may vary depending on customer demand. Although AZ Surfaces S.L. updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, AZ Surfaces S.L. will notify the customer of this situation by email. The period of this communication shall in no case exceed 30 days. AZ Surfaces S.L. may offer the double option of supplying the customer, without any increase in price, with a product of similar or superior quality, or, unless there are justified and demonstrable reasons by AZ Surfaces S.L. within this same period, refund the amounts paid for the cancelled order.
Right of withdrawal, returns and claims
Right of withdrawal
The buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made by notification through a phone call to the number indicated on the website www.nure-design.com, by addressing an email to info@nure-design.com, or through the withdrawal form.
According to Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.
RETURN POLICY
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to AZ Surfaces S.L. at the address Foru Pasealekua Ibilbidea, 14 (Azpeitia), without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalized. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if the customer returns the product before the end of the period.
The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.
REFUND OF PAYMENT
The refund of the amounts received by the customer will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer, unless otherwise provided.
AZ Surfaces S.L. may withhold the refund until it has received the product, which is the subject of withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of the return of the product, whichever condition is met first.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to this are not the customer’s fault, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing AZ Surfaces S.L. of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these terms and conditions, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
AZ Surfaces S.L. undertakes to bear the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

JURISDICTION
