RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Once you receive your order, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return or exchange it.

We can make a change in your order if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. If the order has already been shipped and you want to make a change, you will have to wait to receive it, process the return, and place a new order with the item(s) you want.

Sometimes things don’t go as planned and the product doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, so you have a period of 14 calendar days to organise the return of the product or report an incident. You just need to write to us at info@nure-design.com and provide us with the order number, affected item name, and attach photographs of the product’s condition.

Once it arrives at our warehouse, we will check its condition and proceed to send a replacement product or refund 100% of the order amount, in which case you will receive the money in your account within the next 10-15 calendar days.

IMPORTANT: In order for us to collect your order, it must not have been used, must be disassembled, be inside its original packaging and with its internal protections.

Sometimes for some reason you have to return a product, so you have a period of 14 calendar days to organise its return or report an incident. You just need to write to us at info@nure-design.com and provide us with the order number and item, and we will process the incident within the next 72 business hours.

Once the returned items arrive at our warehouse, we will check if the condition of the merchandise is the same as when it was sent. If everything is correct, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item, deducting the cost of re-shipping it.

There are two situations in which a consumer can return the product they have purchased:

If the product does not meet expectations upon receipt, or if an error was made when placing the order: In this case, the customer must return the product in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was delivered. Once the returned items arrive at our warehouse, we will check if the condition of the merchandise is the same as when it was sent. If everything is correct, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item, deducting the cost of re-shipping it.

If the product arrives in poor condition or if there is an error on the part of AZ Surfaces S.L. in the order: The consumer must return it with all the elements with which it arrived. Once the returned merchandise is in our warehouse, we will check its condition, and if it shows the deterioration or error mentioned by the customer, we will proceed to refund the total amount.

Once we receive the product in our warehouse and verify that everything is correct, we will process the refund within a maximum period of 15 days. This period may vary depending on the payment method used or the specific conditions of your bank. The refund will always be made with the same payment method used to make the purchase.

SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS:

The delivery time for your order may vary depending on the product. However, AZ Surfaces S.L. is committed to delivering your order within a maximum of 15 days from the day after the order is placed, as long as the materials and colors ordered are identified as stock. In the case of materials and colors not identified as stock, AZ Surfaces S.L. will communicate the delivery time to the customer. In most cases, orders will be shipped via courier within 24-48 hours from the confirmation email.
You can view the shipping costs of your order once you have all the products added to the cart and before finalizing the purchase, at the moment you add the delivery address. Shipping costs are calculated based on the volume, weight, and amount of the products ordered, as well as the delivery location.
To make changes or modifications to your order, please contact us via email (info@nure-design.com). We can only modify your order if it has not yet been shipped. In that case, please contact us at info@nure-design.com. If it has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you will need to wait to receive it and then initiate a return.

We currently accept credit card payments through VISA or MASTERCARD.

All product prices are listed in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
